What this is not
- Not a locked-phone shop. We will not guess a PIN or bypass Activation Lock.
- Not a clean room. Clicking, dead, water, or fire: you owe the $125 look. A lab, if you want one, is separate.
- Not a promise. If the files are gone, they are gone.
How a visit works
- 1You call. Town, what died, whether it still spins. No passwords on the voicemail.
- 2Paper first. You read the prices. You sign. We check ID. Then a cable.
- 3One number. We look and name one line. You say yes or no.
- 4Copy, not install. Files go onto our case drive or a stick you own. We do not install tools on your C: drive.
- 5Closeout on paper. If we imaged, you get the hash. Photograph the receipt.

Do I ship the drive?
No. We work at your table. The original stays in the room unless you later ask us to send it to a lab.
Can you unlock my phone?
No. Say that on the first call and we will not drive.
What if it is clicking?
We stop. You owe the $125 look. We can name a lab. We do not open sealed drives in a kitchen.
Is the $125 extra if we recover the same day?
No. It is credited against the line you choose.
Do you take work in Austin?
No. Austin is a mail drop for VialVerify LLC, not a shop. Work is in Wichita Falls, Vernon, and towns we quote first.
Can I email the files to you?
No. Do not email disks, passwords, seed phrases, or bank logins.
